# What can I do now as a CET alum?

1. **Talk to your CET batchmates.** Tell your batch what the Government of Kerala proposes for CET and why it matters. Most alumni have not heard about it yet.
2. **Circulate this message.** Share the one-pager card in your batch and alumni groups on WhatsApp.

## What are our demands?

1. Publish a draft of “the detailed proposal” that addresses why this move is being made and what the pros and cons are for CET.
2. The committee must include alumni, student and faculty stakeholders.
3. The committee must engage in broad consultation with all the stakeholders.
4. The Government of Kerala must hold back implementation of the budget statement making CET a constituent college of KTU till alumni concerns are addressed.
